understanding your options
what are
GLP medications?
GLP medications are clinically studied treatments that support weight loss by helping regulate appetite, improve blood sugar control, and promote feelings of fullness — working with your body’s natural signals, not against them.
At Bungalow, GLP therapy is offered as part of a medically supervised program. Every client begins with a personal consultation so we can understand your health history, goals, and lifestyle before recommending any medication.
Benefits:
-
Reduces Appetite

semaglutide, tirzepatide, or retatrutide?
Three distinct GLP-class medications — each with a different mechanism and potency. Your provider will help you determine which is the right fit during your consultation.
glp-1 agonist
Semaglutide
Ozempic® / Wegovy® Class
A GLP-1 receptor agonist that mimics a hormone your body naturally produces after eating. It slows gastric emptying, reduces appetite, and helps regulate blood sugar — supporting steady, manageable weight loss over time.
Benefits:
-
Reduces hunger signals between meals
-
Supports portion control naturally
-
Clinically proven weight management support
-
Weekly or biweekly injection protocol
Often Ideal For:
Clients beginning their GLP journey or those managing blood sugar alongside weight goals.
dual agonist
Tirzepatide
Mounjaro® / Zepbound® Class
A dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist — the newest generation of medical weight loss medication. By activating two pathways simultaneously, it delivers enhanced appetite reduction and metabolic support.
Benefits:
-
Dual-action mechanism for enhanced results
-
Superior average weight loss in clinical trials
-
Supports lean muscle preservation
-
Weekly injection protocol
Often Ideal For:
Clients seeking the most advanced option or who want maximum metabolic support.
triple agonist
Retatrutide
GLP-1 • GIP • Glucagon • Triple Receptor
The most powerful GLP-class medication available. Retatrutide activates three hormone receptors simultaneously — GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon — driving superior fat loss, metabolic rate, and appetite suppression beyond what dual agonists can achieve.
Benefits:
-
Triple-action receptor mechanism
-
Highest average weight loss in clinical data
-
Elevates resting metabolic rate via glucagon
-
Weekly injection protocol
Often Ideal For:
Clients who have plateaued on other GLP medications or are seeking the most potent option available.
Medication selection is determined during your medical consultation based on your health history and goals. All medications are compounded and dispensed through licensed pharmacies. Retatrutide is available as a compounded peptide; consult your provider regarding current availability and regulatory status.
